Jordan Tice

Hailing from Annapolis Maryland, Jordan Tice is an innovative flatpicker and prolific composer of acoustic music. The son of two bluegrass musicians, he grew up playing with various bluegrass bands and singer/songwriters around Maryland until 2005 when he enrolled at Towson University to study music composition on full scholarship. He has worked with the likes of Mark Schatz and friends, Frank Wakefield, Darol Anger, and Tony Trischka. He has been featured on the cover of Flatpicking Guitar Magazine and played the music of Steve Martin commissioned for New York City's esteemed "Shakespeare in the Park" series in Central Park in summer 2012. Jordan currently plays in the trio "Haas Kowert Tice" with fiddler Brittany Haas and bassist Paul Kowert and also performs with the fiddle/percussive dance group 4tet as well as sideman work with many different artists around the US.

Enlightenment Wines Guided Tastings

His small batch natural and unfiltered wines have been praised by a variety of sources, including the New York Times and Edible Brooklyn. All of his wines are in editions of 500 bottles or less, and are generally unavailable outside of his limited membership based Community Supported Alcohol (CSA) model.

Finger Foods graciously provided by:

We work closely with our distributors breweries and  Resturaunts on an ongoing basis to assemble the final comfirmed list. Please understand, however, that occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, certain last minute changes and/or substitutions to our food and beer may be necessary.

*This food in no way shape or form will constitute a meal, the food is present merely to compliment the libation and is not in anyway meant to provide more than a taste of what each resturaunt is fully capable of

Unlike most beer festivals, The Hand Crafted Tasting Co. actually pays for all of the beer served at our events. We also waive booth fees for brewers to further support craft brewers access to our events as promotional platforms. Across all of our Seasonal events we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each year on the craft beer served at our festivals.
